Nominations for the Community Service Council of West Pasco, Inc. 2024 Annual Awards and Special Projects Grants

All awards will be presented at the CSC Lunch Meetings in November and December. Please utilize the application form below.

Community Service Council of West Pasco also awards Special Project Grants to local non-profit organizations. These awards will be presented at the November membership meeting being held at Kontos Hall in New Port Richey during The Festival of Trees celebration for Good Samaritan Health Clinic of Pasco, Inc.

The organization applying must be a current member of Community Service Council of West Pasco and in good standing to qualify.

We encourage you to place your nominations for our Volunteer of the Year and our Humanitarian of the Year. These awards will be presented at the December meeting being held at Seven Springs Golf and Country Club in New Port Richey. Please utilize the nomination forms below.

Volunteer of the Year nominees must be a current member of Community Service Council of West Pasco.  Humanitarian of the Year is open to any member of the community.
